Returns Form: This form is for any and all store credit, exchanges, and damaged items. Please fill out our form located at the bottom of our website under "Returns Form".
We offer STORE CREDIT ONLY and EXCHANGES for all online purchases within 10 days of receiving your purchase. Unfortunately if past 10 days, we will not be able to issue you store credit. Please give us 3-5 days to process your return. Once you fill out our "Returns Form" below, you will be notified of your return approval in 1-2 business days via email. There is no expiration date for store credit use.
*** Customer is responsible for shipping label/shipping charges. Please include packing slip when returning your items.
Ohh NO!! Damaged items: Please email us Lilalevboutique@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your item. If you contact us outside of the 3 day window, your item(s) is no longer eligable for a refund or store credit.
Items with discount codes are final sale, additional accessories and undergarments are final sale. If you return any of these items they will NOT be accepted due to hygiene reasons. If item is damaged, please contact Lilalevboutique@gmail.com within 3 days including receipt and photos. If past 3 days, we will only issue you store credit.
Items accepted must be free of perfume, makeup/deodorant stains (or stains of any kind), and dog hair. We will reject any returns due to any odor smell. Must also be unworn and unwashed. We have the choice to not accept if requirements are not met.
Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent.
